What if you voluntarily provide personally identifiable information?
Such information is treated the same way as if it had arrived in a letter. For example, suppose you use the Restaurant Complaint Form to file a complaint about a restaurant in the City. The information is received by the appropriate agency, in this case, the Health Department, and only shared with other City agencies that might need the information to resolve the issue. The City does not publicly disclose it's procedures for the security of web assets. The City attempts to maintain industry best practices and monitors network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts access information or to otherwise cause damage to the website. The City is dedicated to facilitating easy access to web resources for all citizens. Computers with web access are available for public use in City Hall as well as all Chesapeake Public Libraries.

What is "Accessibility"?
"Accessibility" means that all people, despite physical challenges and disabilities, can access web resources to find the information they need. Meeting this goal is a challenge.
